Toontastic is a creative storytelling app that enables you to draw, animate, and share cartoons.  You can press record and manually move your characters onscreen, while the microphone records your voice.
The app includes hundreds of characters and backgrounds to choose from, and different special effects to play with. You can also create your own characters and backgrounds and make decisions around mood, emotion and action.
Toontastic has a helpful audio guides that can teach users about story arcs (setting up a conflict, a challenge, a climax and a resolution) and how to match music to emotional intensity.
